Introduction
Your Responsibilities and Duties
- Process Analysis: Dive into our company workflows, identify areas for improvement, and contribute fresh ideas on how we can become even better using digital tools and automation. You’ll actively shape the future of our work!
- Solution Development: Design and implement data-driven IT solutions, use modern tools, and work on cutting-edge topics such as Artificial Intelligence, automation platforms, cloud computing, IoT, and process mining – while bringing your own ideas to improve processes.
- Data Management: Learn how to validate data sources, prepare and provide data, and make it usable for exciting applications – always keeping data protection and IT security in mind.
- Quality Assurance: Check the quality of data and processes, document your work, and assist in introducing new systems.
- Project Work: Participate in IT projects and gradually take responsibility for your own smaller projects during your apprenticeship.
- User Support: Help colleagues use new systems and act as a point of contact for questions about data and processes.
Your Skills and Qualifications
- Interest in data, IT, and digital business processes
- Enjoy analytical thinking, process optimization, and new technologies
- Initial practical experience with computers, data analysis, or programming – through school projects or privately is a plus
- At least a secondary school diploma or (technical) high school diploma
- Good grades in mathematics and IT-related subjects
- Strong communication skills, team spirit, and a reliable work style
- Good German and English skills
